docs: testing update docs to html first

Testing some changes on how we can update docs to be html first, so we have something to experiment and talk about.

Tested on pages:

• dropdown for html first.
• toggle-group for single page and html first.

Things we need to figure out:

• Everything has been focused around using the React name for the component, how do we best convey component name? CSS first would be ds-dialog or dialog?
• How do we best document React specifics?
  • Separate chapter, tabs or some global toggle?
• Live code needs react (or we can use it writing html), do we have other agnostics options. What about preview components like punkt has? https://punkt.oslo.kommune.no/latest/komponenter-og-maler/komponenter/checkbox/#test-komponenten
