This PR effectively moves all code from
CoordinateImportFileFormatinto individual nodes which output aStructureobject. All of the new unit tests are updated accordingly.The old
CoordinateImportFileFormatis not removed as it is still depended on byTrajectoryImportFileFormat(to be converted in a follow-up PR).
