Railpack v0.19.0 requires build and start scripts in package.json, even though railway.toml defines buildCommand and startCommand. This fixes Railway deployments after Railpack's recent upgrade. Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
