The packages FSharp.Core 11.0.100 and FSharp.Compiler.Service 43.12.100 have already been published to NuGet. Bump FSBuildVersion from 100 to 101 to match main and avoid the version collision. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
