Handles changes from doublewordai/fusillade#163 which split timeouts in the DaemonConfig away from one
timeout_mstofirst_chunk_timeout_ms,body_timeout_msandchunk_timeout_ms.Also provides some backwards compatibility by keeping the fusillade-removed
timeout_msas deprecated, and just setting first_chunk_timeout_ms + body_timeout_ms, to 90%/10% of it respectively.
