Fixes issue which manifests as "Uncaught TypeError: STT.media.seekTo is not a function" error in console by loading YT API and setting up player after API initializes per docs at https://developers.google.com/youtube/iframe_api_reference?csw=1.
Also incorporates fix to indexing bug by @yurysudzieu and cleans up inconsistent whitespace.
