This will make pipe more versatile for current and future apps.
Allows to filter topic in participants.
Allows to create tracks without readers (support for creating with reader/writer or only with readers) (support for external apps (spy, recorder) to create the tracks without simulating an endpoint).
In the future it may support also active readers that use their own threads to send data through the track (passive tracks)
