As already noticed, the compilation of org.eclipse.scout.rt.server.jaxws.provider.annotation.Authentication fails. Probably we still need the ServerRunContextProducer for that case.

New modules scout.shared.session and scout.server.session
3af370f 
Split session-specific code into separate optional modules for
server and shared. scout.client includes sessions as default.

Moved @RunWithRunContext and RunContextProducer and
ServerRunContextProducer to jax-ws module

Fix client cookie store, 454436
