Summary - What I changed
Adding detection when the SSH server is started with the following commands:
/bin/launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/ssh.plist
/bin/launchctl bootstrap system /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/ssh.plist
/bin/launchctl enable system/com.openssh.sshd
/bin/launchctl kickstart -k system/com.openssh.sshd
