Removes the "Body map mode for logs" section from the OTLP/HTTP endpoint docs.
The
bodymapmapping mode is being removed from the ES OTLP logs endpoint in elastic/elasticsearch#149606. The mode allowed a log record's body map to be used as the complete ES document, bypassing the standard OTel structure. It's being dropped in favor of a future managed_bulkendpoint for non-OTel data. The logs endpoint (including this mode) was only released as experimental on serverless and hasn't shipped in a stack release, so there's no migration concern.
