[DRAFT] Doc updates for AutoOps React migration

Summary

Updates text and screenshots to reflect the new React changes in AutoOps. I also did some general clean up.

Note

The screenshot of the Overview page doesn't reflect the newest changes in the UI. I'll update it once I can access the changes in QA.
