AppListUpdateView: Add a queue of working packages

Shows installing, removing and updating packages. It's currently called downloads but I'm open to suggestions (maybe In Progress?). I'm also open to other UI suggestions :)

@danirabbit I renamed it to in progress and also increased the spacing between sections to double which IMO makes the separation a bit clearer. Lmk what you think :)

I have some fresh updates this morning, and when I tried to update one of them it was removed from the updates list but the In Progress list didn't appear.

I also wonder if in progress should appear below the list of available updates. That way the updates list and its buttons don't move around if another task is added and you have a linear flow from pending → in progress → done

Hmm weird, it always worked for me with updates, uninstalls and installs. Just to be sure it might not have been just scrolled out of view? You updated them by clicking update on the app or update all or did it start automatically due to auto updates?
