V 1.0: PhreakNic 26 Release

This is a refined version of the the extension i vibe coded live in my PhreakNic 26 talk "You're ruining my vibe, misadventures in vibe coding".

This extension allows users to enter a GITHUB Pat, select custom severities, and choose labels to add to a GitHub Issue.
