@kweav there's nothing important coming from AnVIL_Template in this PR, so it's fine to just close it

@avahoffman is this repo intentionally not syncing workflows? Right now it's set up to only receive changes to _output.yml, but not the main set of sync files (workflows, assets, etc.)

This repo has some different behavior enabling the rendering of the Collection as part of a workflow. This gets removed with each sync which is a bit annoying. However, it's probably a good idea to have this repo to receive updates, since there are some changes to the checkout action we'll want to incorporate.
