The latest version of the
ra-tlscrate from thedstackrepository contains a fix needed to resolve #30 following them merging Dstack-TEE/dstack#673This PR bumps
ra-tlsto the latest version and updatesattested-tlsfor the new API.We continue to use their V0 'legacy' attestation format so this is not a protocol breaking change.
Closes #30
