docs: update install instructions and overall design
- Fix .gitconfig: restore [github] section header, use portable ~/.gitignore path - Fix shebangs in music.sh and battery.sh (#!/bin/env/bash → #!/usr/bin/env bash) - Fix control_center.sh: replace undefined $CONFIG_DIR with explicit path - Fix install.sh: remove duplicate .yabairc backup - Fix Brewfile: remove duplicate yt-dlp entry - Add missing skhd scripts to yabai/.config/yabai/scripts/
