Finishes the UI portion of the import by URL feature, connecting it to the backend API.

• Added new actions to the Hubs dropdown menu to include importing and profile settings management
• Differentiating between instance and hub import, each will only import the type advertised
• Added a default work type to instance import by URL, in case the work being instantiated is lacking a distinguishing type in the data
• Updated Works/instances label
