Several networks were added according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reserved_IP_addresses, and most important part may be network 100.64.0.0/10. Many China Telecom FTTx users are allocated with this private network address, and personally I'm using this private network address part for a long time, and fqrouter mistakenly passed them to proxy.
