Update Nextcloud to the latest security and performance requirements, and switch to MariaDB

Performance

• Switch from MySQL to MariaDB
• Changing php.ini according to the new Nextcloud documentation
• Add js, mjs and wasm mime type in Nginx config to comply with Nextcloud recommendation

Security

• Nginx configuration modified to comply with Nextcloud recommendation

TrueNAS

• trusted_domains set to subnet to allow DHCP configuration

Other

• Update don't reinstall recommended app, but instead upgrade the Nextcloud (To check if this is a good practice, I think it makes it easier for the user to not have to do it every time)

This config (install/update) as been tested on my server under TrueNAS-13.0-U6.1
