📦 Dependency Updates and CSS Refactoring

Updates all FuryStack dependencies to their latest versions, including major version bumps for @furystack/rest-service (v11) and @furystack/shades-common-components (v11).

✨ Changes

• Dependencies: Updated all @furystack/* packages to latest versions
• Frontend refactoring: Migrated components from inline styles to css property with theme variables
• Theming: Replaced ThemeProviderService injection with cssVariableTheme for better performance
• CI: Renamed test:unit script to test for consistency with FuryStack conventions
• Documentation: Updated rules, guidelines, and README to reflect new script names
