📦 Dependency Updates & Shades v12 Migration

Bumps all project dependencies to their latest versions and migrates the frontend to the @furystack/shades v12 API. Includes a redesigned home page, auto-hiding app bar, CSS-in-JS migration, and build tooling improvements.

Key changes

• @furystack/shades v11 → v12: NestedRouter, useState, useRef, useHostProps, PageLayout
• eslint 9 → 10, vitest 3 → 4, jsdom 27 → 28, monaco-editor 0.54 → 0.55
• Redesigned home page with Card/PageContainer components
• Consolidated vitest config, renamed scripts (test:unit → test, prettier → format)
• Yarn 4.10.3 → 4.12.0
