Allow overriding chrome flags on launch

Sometimes it could be helpful to avoid issues running usus in docker (e.g. to pass additional flag --no-sandbox or others).

In order to be able to use usus under alpine linux, where grep doesn't have -R I've made a modification to give users ability to pass certain parameters to chrome-launcher.
Also it will allow to use chromium instead of chrome in custom directory or something else.
