Summary
Merges MotleyAI/linear-api PR#12 changes into our fork. This PR adds
file_uploadandcreate_commentfeatures to the Linear API client that are required by our email-to-Linear service.Source: MotleyAI#12
Context
Our
linear_emailservice depends on these features (not in PyPI v0.2.0). Previously referenced as an unmerged PR ref, which caused a 21-hour production outage when pip failed to resolve it. This fork with a pinned tag eliminates that supply chain risk.
