This fixes a bug where the 'Display Versions' button was incorrectly disabled when an object had a 'null' version ID. This could occur if versioning was temporarily disabled or if MinIO did not assign a version ID for other reasons. The button is now enabled whenever bucket versioning is active or if versions (including 'null' ones) exist.
