New test duplicates existing test method exactly

testUnitEnumsShowNameis an exact duplicate of the pre-existingtestEnumsAreNames— identical serializer setup, identical input (SerializerTestEnum::CASE_NAME), and identical assertion. This adds no additional test coverage.
