Try Prettier formatting, again

Goal: Make ybump and Prettier format our package.yml identically. Prettier is used internally by yaml-language-server

• Run 4-indent Prettier on all package.ymls
• Then run tweaked ybump on all package.yml. Ignore the release bumps (Match prettier formatting ypkg#134)

Notes on interpretation:

• Look the individual commit diffs, not just the total PR diff
• Nested indent increases compared to current, but the two formatters should agree on the new indent levels

To do:

• Test ypkg update to see that there is not some difference lurking there
