This PR enhances the Tamil translation for Open Source Guides by improving terminology, grammar, and naturalness of the language.

Changes Made

Terminology Improvements

• "பங்களி" → "பங்களிப்பு" - Changed to the more formal and commonly used term for "contribute"
• "வளர்வது" → "வளர்ப்பது" - Improved grammatical form for "grow" (transitive verb)
• "எல்லா" → "அனைத்து" - Used more formal term for "all"
• "பதிவு" → "பதிவுசெய்க" - Changed to explicit action verb for "subscribe"

Grammar & Structure Enhancements
