These are useful for seeing if the flows are converging on an RTT, which can affect TCP performance. The kernel already exports these RTT stats, so just harvest them. Support is added via --iostat-ms. When iostats are requested, RTT stats will also be shown. Signed-off-by: Daniel Xu <dxu@dxuuu.xyz>
