Remove Slack and Teams integration mapping tests from src/test/integrationMappings.test.ts for review-only change [box/box-codegen#912]

Delete src/test/integrationMappings.test.ts, drop Slack and Teams mapping tests, update .codegen.json hashes (engineHash 41c28e1→06ab9c3, specHash 1617aaf→425a724), and regenerate package-lock.json.
