What does this change?
Adds storybook test runner, because I want to see what the output is. This is just a convenient change to generate a PR, and is completely orthogonal to the real purpose of this PR, which is explained below.
Why?
The main purpose of this PR is to test Chromatic's a11y testing functionality, and get a better understanding of the current accessibility baseline.
Don't merge this PR, as it doesn't do anything useful
