The PR replaces
parseArrays: falsewitharrayLimit: 0to fix an issue where array values using bracket notation (e.g.,frameworks[]=react&frameworks[]=vue) were being incorrectly parsed. This change ensures that bracket notation arrays are properly handled while disabling indexed array parsing.
