- Add gfx90a/CDNA2 target support to WaveASM.
- Gate gfx90a instruction support for unsupported FP8, scaled MFMA, and gfx95-only paths.
- Add gfx90a coverage to existing WaveASM lit tests.
- Add a MI2xx WaveASM CI workflow.
