Tested with with USB chief and recording, updating firmware/busengine and power control and that was all working. After this merge you can now also "disable" the USB chief from your device manager. Not sure if that even worked on the original driver |

Reworked the power and plug and play functions to remove dead code and to simplify the code. Also added new comments for clarity
