Fix servarr-stack lockfile and bad cleanuparr version in Chart.yaml

This pull request updates the cleanuparr dependency in the servarr-stack Helm chart to use a new version and corresponding image tag. It also updates documentation to reflect these changes, ensuring consistency across the chart, values schema, and README files.

Dependency and version updates:

• Updated the cleanuparr dependency in charts/servarr-stack/Chart.yaml from version 2.7.7 to 1.0.1 to match the new release structure.
• Changed the default cleanuparr image tag in charts/servarr-stack/values.schema.json to use version 2.7.9 with the latest SHA256 digest.

Documentation updates:

• Updated the cleanuparr version and app version badges in charts/cleanuparr/README.md to reflect version 1.0.2 and app version 2.7.9.
• Updated the cleanuparr dependency version listed in the charts/servarr-stack/README.md to 1.0.1 for consistency with the chart.
