- Add format_version: v2 to frontmatter of all 61 remaining tutorials - Add "Why This Track Matters" section to all 61 (tutorial-specific) - Add "Mental Model" heading above existing mermaid diagrams (42 tutorials) - Fix heading mismatches to pass v2 validator - Add missing "What You Will Learn" sections (8 tutorials) - 191/191 tutorials now pass v2 format validation
