The auto-rebase left conflict markers between the openrouter credential test (from main) and the health threshold tests (from this branch). Both tests are valid and non-overlapping — keep both. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The rebase flow handled .agent_result.md and CODEBASE.md conflicts but then ran git add -A, which staged any other conflicted files with <<<<<<< markers intact. This caused PR #119 to have a permanent CI failure from a SyntaxError in test_queue.py. Now checks for conflict markers after staging — if any remain beyond the known auto-resolvable files, aborts the rebase instead of pushing broken code.
