Extends the power beyond custom transformations to cover the full AWS Transform product surface: .NET Framework to .NET 8/10, mainframe COBOL to Java, VMware to EC2, SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL to Aurora, and Java/Python/Node.js language and AWS SDK upgrades. - POWER.md rewritten around a mandatory 9-step workflow (Resume, Intent, Discovery, Scope, Assessment, Requirements, Approval, Tasks, Execute) with explicit NEVER-DO rules and just-in-time authentication. Frontmatter description and keywords updated for the broader workload scope. - mcp.json added (previously missing upstream); declares the AWS Transform MCP server the power relies on. - steering/ reorganized from a flat 7-file layout into workload-scoped guidance: shared (auth, tools, workflow), custom transformations (workload-custom plus eight topical files), and new workloads (.NET, mainframe, SQL, VMware, VMware network).
