Adds 6 verified Turkey livestreams to the webcams panel: - Istanbul (multi-cam from municipality) - Istanbul Taksim Square - Istanbul Istiklal Street - Izmir (Buca district) - Bodrum Castle & Marina - Alanya Includes: - New 'turkey' region type in WebcamRegion - Turkey webcam feeds in WEBCAM_FEEDS array - Turkey region button in toolbar - Localization strings for all 21 supported languages Closes koala73#1200

We added a Windy feature to pull a ton of cams, other than that, i can't add that many from 1 country without doing the same to others. |
