1) Maintain "sort" option on each column before and after resize 2) Added options: minResizeWidth, bResizeTable, bAddFixed, fnResizeTableCallback, bAddFixed
added double click option
added column selection, fixed a few bugs and changed dblclick default to false
…a rows instead of simple array for data. Issue was noticed when re-showing a column using col.vis(true) after it had been reordered and hidden.
Fix issue where cached cells were not reordered when using row object

Added numerous options and fixed some resize bugs. (Now defaults to expanding and shrinking table when resizing.)
