@kuziekj - Next trial will not start until stimuli have been presented for 500 ms. Also increased the minimum delay between trials to 1500 ms. Basically created a flag (waitForStim) that indicates if the stimuli should be removed on the current frame or not. This seems to fix the issues we were having where saveToCSV was getting bogged down and not saving certain stimulus triggers.

@kuziekj - I made some changes o your code to remove some repetition, but it does the same thing you implemented, keeping the stim on the screen for a while (and the marker up), can you test this out to make sure it is still working
