Release v0.7.2-rc1 (KHT-118, KHT-120)

Rolls in two usability fixes for the v0.7.2-rc1 prerelease. No changes to the underlying mortality math.

Changes

• KHT-118 — Module settings are now GM-only; regular players see no Grim Arithmetic options in Module Settings. GM-facing hints clarified.
• KHT-120 — Tooltip hover delay lengthened to 750ms (Foundry default ~500ms) so tooltips no longer flicker continuously while scanning down a list of values.

Release plumbing

• Version bumped to 0.7.2-rc1 in package.json, module.json (version + download URL), and a new CHANGELOG.md section.
• The existing release-package.test.ts guard confirms all three stay in sync.

Verification

• npm run check green — lint + 330 tests + build.
• Tag v0.7.2-rc1 will be pushed after a Foundry smoke-test on v14.363, which auto-triggers the GitHub prerelease (the -rc suffix sets the prerelease flag).
