Fix for #123
Most of the fixes were generated by running
cargo fixandcargo fix --editionon the current nightly toolchain.Unresolved
If you rebuild the
.rsfiles using thegen_index.pyscript, it will generate code that generates warning. I can resolve that in this PR or in another PR.Let me know if you have any questions.
