Added page listing node types.

What does this change?

Fixes #328 .

Adds a page listing all LGD node types, because content authors are faced with the list at /node/add and are confused.

Have we considered potential risks?

• The change doesn't use only colour to convey meaning

Doesn't the menu get built automatically?

E.g. at https://docs.localgovdrupal.org/content/features/, the LH sidebar shows all the child pages. I thought this was automatic -- I can't see where it's done in the code if not.

Yeah, I had a search in the code for the menu labels / links and I can't find anything that looks like it's that menu!
