Motivation
This pull request fixes the Bicep and Terraform deployment for the Azure Web App + Azure SQL Database sample.
Changes
terraform.tfvarsandvariables.sh: Bumped up the python version used by the web app from3.12to3.13.bicep/deploy.sh: Included thecertificates.pymodule in the zip file used to deploy the web app.scripts/validate.shTests
The sample was tested against Azure and using the latest version of the LocalStack for Azure emulator.
