Adding documentation in malloy notebook page to describe the new publisher interactive filters feature introduced in malloydata/publisher#505.
also, Bug fix (scripts/render_document.ts):
Fixed link rendering to preserve .malloynb extension on external URLs
Previously, the build was stripping .malloynb from all links including GitHub URLs, breaking external references
