chore(i18n): improve Russian translation consistency

Summary

• update ru-RU locale strings for consistency and readability
• align key terms with app usage (нода, прыжки, COM-порт, Primary/Secondary wording)
• keep abbreviations like PSK, LED, OLED in Latin where appropriate
• add Russian locale entry in i18n config (packages/web/src/i18n-config.ts)

Notes

• this PR intentionally excludes fork-specific CI/CD workflow files (e.g. GHCR workflow)
• scope is only Russian localization + i18n locale config
