- Implemented `upload_meshes_to_s3.py` for uploading and inverting mesh files to S3. - Created `img_io.py` for generating composite thumbnails from multi-channel TIFF images. - Added `s3_utils.py` for S3 file management, including upload checks and mesh processing. - Developed `simularium_utils.py` for updating simularium files with S3 mesh URLs and generating thumbnails. - Removed outdated notebook scripts for exporting simularium paths and uploading meshes.
