This pull request updates the instructions for selecting the resource group when configuring basic settings in the Azure Sovereign Cloud walkthrough. The change clarifies which resource group should be used for consistency across the lab.
Instruction update:
labuser-XX(with XX replaced by the user's suffix), instead of referencing the Azure Local instance's resource group.
