Description of changes
Mark non-Fluent design tokens on the theming type as deprecated to discourage their use. Most consumer should only be using Fluent tokens, but the existence of the older tokens confuses people. While removing all the old tokens is not really ideal, we can at least light up some IDEs with crossed out text to discourage usage. Hopefully.
