Feature/neuromorphic button

Changed the look of the main site and added a neuromorphic button in a separate file as the main button file css starts distorting. Have a look at new theme.

Good Effort.
But For merging your request in our production you should follow the contribution guidelines.
That means all changes should be in index.html and index.css file.
If you want any changes in the index page except the button, first of all, you have to open an issue
